Cheaper Medicine
Around 46749 Australians in Spence will be able to buy two months’ worth of medicine for the price of a single prescription for more than 300 common PBS medicines.
This will halve visits to the GP and pharmacists, saving Australians up to $180 a year for every eligible medicine they buy, savings patients $1.6 billion at the pharmacy.
Every dollar the Government saves is being reinvested back into community pharmacies so they can deliver more services.
