Matt Burnell, Member for Spence has announced that a re-elected Albanese Labor Government will deliver $100,000 to fund the upgrades of St Joseph Italian Community Centre.

This $100,000 election commitment will fund much needed upgrades to the popular centre interior features including lighting, heating, curtains, ceiling, and tiles.

For over 50 years, St Joesph Italian Community Centre has been an integral part of the growing multicultural community in the northern suburbs.

St Joseph Italian Community Centre is the heart of many celebrations and festivals in the community including La Festa di San Giuseppe.

Bringing thousands of members from the Italian community across the northern suburbs and the nation together for a celebration of Italian culture.

Consistent with past practice, election commitments will be delivered in line with Commonwealth Grants Rules and Principles.
